Festival Regulation

• All photoclubs of Ukraine are invited to participate in the Ukraine Photoclub Festival
• Each photoclub should submit information about the club and a portfolio of club members' photoworks (club collection)
• This portfolio to be exhibited shall consist of 24 prepared photo works, size of at least 30×40cm
• As these collections represent clubs, each collection shall introduce works of at least 8 artists (maximum 3 photos per the author)
• To participate in the Ukraine Photoclub Festival you should register your application at http://festival.fotoclub.info/

The best works will be exhibited on May 20-23^th, 2010, at the 8^th International PhotoFair Kyiv (IEC, 15 Brovarsky Ave.) The Round Table with Photoclub Presidents is to be held at 6:00pm, May 20^th (conference room).

Entries

Photographs should capture the essence of each Country: its people, its landscapes, its history, its architecture, its events, its traditions, and its folklore.

1. Open to photographers, worldwide.
2. Theme — open.
3. Contest is composed of two sections:
   A. Panoramic Format. Size requirements: A relationship of 1:3 to 1:7; minimal size on the short size of the image — 30cm.
   B. Traditional Format. Size requirements: A relationship of 2:3, that is 30×45cm and 40×60cm, other sizes accepted, keeping in mind that the minimum measurements of the short side must be 30cm and the maximum length of the long side 60cm.
   Each entrant may submit a maximum of four images per section.

Description

The photo works are to be published on the Portal of photo clubs of Ukraine and to belong to the author. Winner will be announced the best month's work, published and choosed by the Portal users. The best work is considered to score the highest number of votes for the current calendar month. The winner of each month receives a prize from the company Machouse, as well as the opportunity to participate in the final exhibition of photo works. The ceremony of prizes and diploma awarding and also photo works exposition will take place at the PHOTOFAIR Kyiv 2010 on May 20-23, 2010in the IEC (15, Brovarskyi Ave., Kyiv).

Winged Photo photo contest

Description

Any photographer may take part in the competition, except jury members. One participant should present not more than three photo works for each nomination. Photo works not reviewed or edited. More details about the contest →

The best works will be exhibited on May 20-23 at the PHOTOFAIR Kyiv exhibition (IEC, 15, Brovarskyi Ave.). Awarding ceremony will be held near the photo works exposition on May 23, 2010 at 12:00.
